I chose Case Renovation from 13 estimates from different suppliers and I can say that they were selected for their professionalism, sincerity and honesty/price transparency demonstrated right from the start. Compared to many other "cunning people" who said they would discount the invoice and then inflate the prices like a bomb, this figure is, considering the service they offered us, particularly honest. Case Restructuring deserves 5 stars for several reasons. Thirdly, some small "imperfections" were fixed instantly (upon notification to our reference architect) in the first month after the end of the works. The thing that struck me most, although there were a couple of small "moments of tension" since the renovation of a house is a stressful thing anyway, was the truly excellent customer service. In other words, the architect followed us from the day of the estimate to the conclusion of the work without giving up a beat. He has always been available and very quick to suggest solutions and clarify doubts. We met on site almost every day and practically collaborated actively all the time. Apart from a couple of small delivery errors (part of the game unfortunately) by suppliers that are absolutely not attributable to Case Restructuring, everything else went smoothly. In any case, these errors were fixed immediately and the quality of the materials from their suppliers is still very good in relation to the prices. Another extremely positive note were the guys who physically did the work on site: always very kind and available to propose solutions too. Another positive comment is that when there was a problem/misunderstanding with the neighbors and the condominium due to the works, the architect helped solve them, once again proving to be willing to act as a "mediator" between me ( the customer) and the condominium administration. This last point should not be underestimated when renovation works are carried out. This is because, in a condominium, there is always someone who will try to take advantage of someone else's work situation to obtain personal gain (read here: make you pay for pre-existing damages in the building...). Therefore, having an expert professional who demonstrates that he knows what he is doing and who takes his client's side gives a little more security. So, all things considered, Case Renovation passes with flying colors.

Ho scelto Ristrutturazione Case tra 13 preventivi di diversi fornitori e posso dire che sono stati selezionati per la professionalità, schiettezza ed onestà/trasparenza dei prezzi dimostrate sin dall'inizio. Giusto per cronaca: all’incirca si è speso un totale di 900€ al metro quadro (incluso di IVA), di cui la metà è recuperabile al 50% tramite il classico bonus casa (quello dei 10 anni). Rispetto a molti altri “furbacchioni” che dicevano di fare lo sconto in fattura per poi gonfiare a bomba i prezzi, questa cifra è, considerato il servizio che ci hanno offerto, particolarmente onesta. Ristrutturazione Case si merita 5 stelle per svariate ragioni. Innanzitutto in fase preliminare mi hanno consigliato di evitare di affidarmi a chi proponeva sconto in fattura (e per fortuna non l’ho fatto considerato il casino che poi è successo con i vari bonus). In secondo luogo, i lavori non solo sono finiti nei tempi concordati ma addirittura PRIMA; per fare la nostra ristrutturazione, che ripeto, è stata totale, ci sono voluti solo poco più di due mesi, ma è anche vero che io stesso ero lì con loro quasi ogni giorno a seguire i lavori; cosa che consiglierei comunque a tutti di fare per evitare problemi. In terzo luogo, alcune piccole “imperfezioni” sono state sistemate all’istante (previa notifica al nostro architetto di riferimento) nel primo mese dopo la fine dei lavori. La cosa che più mi ha colpito, nonostante ci siano stati un paio di piccoli “momenti di tensione” dato che la ristrutturazione di una casa è una cosa comunque stressante, è stato il servizio clienti veramente eccellente. In altri termini, l’architetto ci ha seguiti sin dal giorno del preventivo fino alla conclusione dei lavori senza mollare un colpo. E’ sempre stato disponibile e velocissimo nel suggerire soluzioni e chiarire dubbi. Ci siamo visti in cantiere quasi tutti i giorni e abbiamo in pratica collaborato attivamente tutto il tempo. A parte un paio di piccoli errori di consegna (parte del gioco purtroppo) da parte dei fornitori che non sono assolutamente da attribuire a Ristrutturazione Case, tutto il resto è andato liscio come l’olio. In ogni caso, questi errori sono stati risolti subito e la qualità dei materiali dei loro fornitori è comunque molto buona in rapporto ai prezzi. Un’altra nota estremamente positiva sono stati i ragazzi che hanno fatto fisicamente il lavoro in cantiere: sempre gentilissimi e disponibili a proporre soluzioni anche loro. Un altro commento positivo è che quando c’è stato un problema/incomprensione con i vicini di casa ed il condominio a causa dei lavori, l’architetto ha aiutato a risolverli, dimostrandosi ancora una volta disponibile a fare da “mediatore” tra me (il cliente) e l’amministrazione condominiale. Quest’ultimo punto non è da sottovalutare quando si svolgono dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Questo perché, in condominio, c’è sempre qualcuno che tenterà di approfittare della situazione dei lavori di qualcun altro per ottenerne un guadagno personale (leggi qui: farti pagare dei danni pre-esistenti nel palazzo…).
